PeakTrackerDelete your PeakTracker account
You can permanently delete your PeakTracker account and the data associated with it at any time, either in the app or on this page.
Option 1: in the app
- Open PeakTracker and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you're signed out.
Option 2: on the web
Sign in with the same Google account you use in PeakTracker, then confirm. Use this if you no longer have the app installed.
Signed up with Apple? Delete your account in the app (Option 1) on your iPhone, or email hello@sportscoaching.ai from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile (display name, photo, friend code, terms acceptance)
- All synced ski days, runs and lift rides
- Your friends list, your entry in your friends' lists, and friend requests
- Your leaderboard and trail leaderboard entries
- Snow reports you posted
- Group sessions you created, and your membership and live location in other sessions
- Share links you created
- Your block list, support requests and the reports you filed
Deletion is immediate. Residual copies in Google Cloud's logs and backups expire within about 30 days. We keep a record that a deletion took place, containing only a one-way hash of your user ID and the number of items deleted. Reports other users filed about your content may be kept for up to 12 months for safety purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
